If you do not agree, do not use the App.2. Description of ServiceDogSpeak AI is an entertainment and educational tool that uses artificial intelligence to interpret visual and contextual cues from photos of dogs. The interpretations are not veterinary advice and should not be relied upon for medical, behavioral, or safety decisions. Always consult a qualified veterinarian or certified dog behaviorist for professional guidance.3. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.4. Account RegistrationYou may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:Provide accurate and complete information.Keep your login credentials secure.Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.5. Subscription & PaymentSome features of the App may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing, and cancellation terms presented at checkout.6. Intellectual PropertyAll content, software, and materials in the App are owned by Potion Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.7. User ContentBy submitting photos, text, or other content to the App, you grant Potion Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you submit.8. Prohibited UsesYou agree not to:Use the App for unlawful purposes.Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the App’s code or servers.Upload harmful or offensive content.9. AI Limitations & DisclaimerDogSpeak AI uses artificial intelligence, which may produce inaccurate or unexpected results. Potion Labs LLC does not guarantee that any output from the App is correct, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose. All use is at your own risk.10. No Veterinary-Client RelationshipThe App does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the App does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:Potion Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.Total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months (if any).12. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Potion Labs LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.13. TerminationPotion Labs LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice.14. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.15. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms at any time.
